36 Men: weighed 225 pounds now 3 weeks at 215 pounds
I have been doing keto for about 3 weeks and everything is going well. He started at 225 pounds and has lost about 10 pounds as of this morning. Which is great. Is that really fast? I have read that it is not good for the liver to lose too much weight too quickly.
Also, my workouts are so lacking in brightness. My energy level feels very low. It helps me when I take out my pre-work course (Animal Pump) but I can still notice much less energy during workouts. Not to mention that I am worried that the previous training contains some carbohydrates, although they are mostly vitamins, creatine and caffeine. When do you think I will recover my energy?
I know that I must be losing weight because I am dreaming of eating a snack that, like everything during the day, but I continue to eat a lot of delicious fats. However, I don’t know how long I can continue. Not to mention that I have a beer tasting event for customers at the end of the month, so I’ll have to drink that day, but I’ll come back to the horse the next day.
Do you think if I changed from Keto at the end of the month to Whole30 if I would continue to lose weight? I miss eating potatoes.
