100 pounds / 1 year

I promised myself that I would publish when I reached 100 pounds. Here I am, one year a day, 100 pounds lighter thanks to Keto, stubborn determination, stellar family support and this submarine. Thank you all!! I will not bore you with my backstory apart from saying that LIFE happened and I let bad habits take the helm for a long time. Finally, I got tired of being tired, I wanted to sit on the floor and play with my children without back pain and wanted to be attractive to me.

With several brothers doing wonders in Keto, it was easy to get all the resources and support he needed to start investigating. Educating me was the key to the success that I realized. But, I thought TBH was: "I'll give it a week." He was in a place of low self-esteem and had been for a long time. On January 18, 2019 I closed my eyes and jumped with both feet. A week became 2, then 3 …… I weighed after the third week and discovered that I had lost 15 pounds! And it was not horrible to eat this way! I signed up mentally in the long term with the idea of ​​"Let's see how far I can take this."

It's not that everything has been easy. I am a serious comfort dining room. I still struggle with the idea that comfort foods are not "treats." It is not "treating me well" to eat those things. Not cleaning the leftovers of children's dinner is a daily struggle. And, oh, I made all the rookie mistakes.

Now I realize how much better I feel eating healthy and treating myself with the goals achieved. I have energy, I can sit on the floor and play with my children for as long as I want and I really enjoy looking in the mirror now. Along the way there have been many NSVs, each with a stronger impulse of trust than any food. I never realized how sick and tired I was daily until I was gone.
