10 pounds less after three weeks of keto

I started the ketogenic diet + 16/8 IF on January 2. I was diagnosed with PCOS and I have always had problems with weight gain + acne. When I started college, I gained from 155 pounds to 185 due to high stress and eating more sugary and processed foods. I always had a terrible acne since I was 11 years old (now I am 21 years old), I tried the treatment with adapalene and retinol, which helped me a little, but I still got it at certain times during my cycle. Last November, my ObGYN did a blood test to check my testosterone levels and they were twice as high as the maximum normal level. I was tired of feeling bad about myself every time I climbed the scale in the doctor's office. I was also tired of worrying so much about my weight when I was only 21 years old, tired of hating myself and the way I looked in the pictures taken. I just finished college and decided to take action. My dad told me about his co-worker who started the keto diet in October, who had just finished college in May and struggled with his weight. She lost 20 pounds in two months and has clear skin. I decided to try it and see what would happen, I did my research, I found this subreddit and formulated a week-long keto meal plan with less than 22 g of net carbohydrates. After a week, I lost 6 pounds of water, my skin was shiny, I felt amazing despite the mild flu keto on day 4. I decided to continue because I had let food and alcohol control me, I was going to change things and control it. Now is day 20 and I lost a total of 10 pounds! It may not seem like much and I still have 20 more left, but if you look closely, you can see less immersion in the hip in photo 2. I no longer feel bloated and fat! One thing I'm still struggling with is how to deal with snacks when I drink. I had a bourbon drink the other day when I was going out with friends and suddenly I was very hungry. I had to break my 16/8 IF.
