Thirsty and dry mouth all the time.

Hello everyone, I just started keto seriously about 3 weeks ago, although I have been lurking in this thread for some time. I have used (this) (https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/) macro calculator and I am working with a 15% deficit, so my goals are: 1342 kcal, 25 g NC, 84 g protein and 101 g of fat Usually, they tend to remain in the NC range of 25-35 g (because I read less than 40 g is fine for me in another macro calculator that I can't seem to find right now), I've been registering CICO with the Stopwatch application, and doing YES (at least 16: 8). I lost ~ 8 pounds but I've stagnated a bit this week, trying to be patient and get inspired by reading everyone's stories on this submarine.

I decided to publish because I have been struggling a lot with a dry mouth and thirst, even after drinking water, as well as very dry skin since I started. For supplements, I have been using Nature's Bounty multivitamins for hair, skin and nails (containing magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, calcium, collagen and biotin + other vitamins). Due to work, I can't always drink a ton of water to avoid running to the bathroom all the time, but I have tried to time and increase my consumption.

** tl; dr **: Does anyone have any recommendations to find out what electrolytes I need or any suggestions to help with the problem of dry mouth / dry skin?

I appreciate any help / thinking about my plan.
