How much potassium is too much?

I take a quarter teaspoon of this every day:

I'm always scared to have too much potassium. What happens if I eat a lot of potassium-rich foods in one day and maybe I eat too much in general while taking potassium? Due to the symptoms that inspired this publication, I feel that maybe today I have electrolyte deficiency, but I would not dare to take extra potassium. I am publishing this in the hope of resolving this issue.
