Not lose weight
Partners, I have a problem that some of you may have had before and may help me. I have been caught in the same weight for the past week. I track everything I eat and measure everything. Usually, I don't eat more than 1800 calories a day, which consist of 110 g of fat and 100 g of protein, with about 10 g of net carbohydrates per day (20 g of carbohydrates in total). I go to the gym and do 15 minutes of cardio and combine it with 45 minutes of weightlifting too, however, it seems that I am not losing weight. My diet consists mainly of bacon, olive oil, mayonnaise, spinach, broccoli, tuna in water, sausages and New York steak, foods usually mix, not like all that in a day. I also drink a bulletproof coffee (ish), 1 tablespoon of unsalted grass-fed butter, 1 tablespoon of mct oil and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cream throughout the day, although I usually only fast until I get home from job. gym, then eat my great food. I am not sure what to do right now, my diet is clean, I go to the gym and I am not losing weight. Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks in advance
