Is Keto for me?
Hi everyone,
I tried keto before, but I got very sick and it was very difficult to reach my macros because I am allergic to many ketogenic foods and recipes (cheese, nuts, avocado, etc.) and I really don't like eating meat since then. I feel guilty when eating it. So, when I tried, I had to stop after 1 1/2 weeks. I want to try again since I reached a weight plateau and I don't know what to do, but I don't know if it's really for me. What do you think and with what could you replace most of these foods?
