First week of keto down!

I am in the middle of my second week of keto and I feel much better than in my first week. I've had the worst of the keto flu (last week was horrible), the sugar cravings have decreased, hunger is manageable, the food tastes BETTER than before, and I'm really enjoying experimenting with the food (yesterday I made the perfect recipe of pizza crust that combines the fathead recipe with some other keto pizza crust recipes I found).

After my first week I checked the scale and lost 5 pounds! I was impressed! Yes, I am sure that a good part of that is the weight of the water and I will not lose almost as much per week in the future, but it is the first time that the balance has come down since I stalled last year and it motivates me to continue. Last year I had lost 30 pounds in weight watchers and then I got stuck. I have decided to combine keto and WW now (instead of doing IF) and it seems to be working for me. I will say that I had a dream that I ate Mac and cheese last night and I worried about reversing all my progress, but thank God it was a dream.

This sub and r / ketorecipes has been a great resource! Thank you! And thanks to all who gave me advice on the keto flu in my last post.
