don't enjoy the food

I'm currently on the fifth day of keto, but I'm done with the food. I really don't enjoy the food. Most of the time I don't even want to eat because it's just protein and a lot of fat. It just doesn't feel satisfactory. It is not like Keto food is not familiar. I've always been eating this type of food but along with carbohydrates, but without carbohydrates it feels a bit empty (if you know what I mean). Most of the time I just postpone my meals. I will continue keto because I really need it. Do any of you have any advice or are experiencing the same?

I am not doing keto to lose weight. I am doing keto to repair my fatty liver and my chronic fatigue (and mood). I am very skinny with a lot of abdominal fat. and low muscle mass.
