Aging, how to fight him?

The approach to slow the aging process is not new. It is quite captivating to see how anti-aging issues have found their way into many shelves in bookstores and health stores. It became what we now know as a quest for satisfaction.

They sold us the title and the false claims that were on the cover of the book. We were looking for a "cure" that is impossible to achieve. However, we had still returned to the same counter again and again waiting for a recently invented "cure." Now, there are books that were cautious enough not to make any promises, but then, when you remove that aspect, what else do you have to offer?

The only way to fight aging is to be well informed on the subject. It is important to understand how the aging process works to take the essential step to slow it down. There are too many people out there who would take an anti-aging product and believe they will. What they could not recognize is that this is not how the aging process works. Each person's skin type is different and depends on genetics, diets and hormones. The aging process:

To delay the aging process, we must use sunscreen at all times. A frequent mistake that people have is not to use sunscreen when they are not in direct light. This is a big mistake since sunlight can affect anyone on any day despite the weather. Some believe that staying in the shade will surely protect your skin. This is also a mistake, since sunlight can be reflected across many surfaces, such as water and sand. The only way to really defend yourself from the sun is to wear sunscreen every day with an SPF of at least 15. Be sure to reapply it during the day, since the sunscreen can only last for certain hours depending on which SPF you have used. Another important thing to keep in mind is to try to stay away from the sun during noon; from 10 a.m. at 4 p.m.
